Store refund policy: We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchases from Bookerads Merch Shop. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return is necessary. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy from when you received your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

Unused: The item must be in its original condition.

Tags and Packaging: All tags and packaging must be intact.

Proof of Purchase: Provide either the purchase receipt or order confirmation.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping charges unless there was an error when processing or fulfilling your order on our behalf. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel an order as long as it hasn't been sent for picking and packing in our warehouse. Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. If the item has already left our warehouse, wait until it arrives to organize a return. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed once the order leaves our warehouse.
