We make every effort to process your order promptly. Following payment confirmation, orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Saturday). However, processing times may extend during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Policy-Transit Time:

Once your order is processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 10–20 business days (Monday through Saturday). Transit times may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or carrier delays.

Order Cut-Off Time:

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 p.m. (EST).

Shipping Fees:

USA:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order's total price and destination. Shipping options and costs are presented upon entering the shipping address during checkout. Orders of $49 or more qualify for free standard shipping, excluding shipping fees and sales tax.

Canada:

Similar to in the USA, shipping costs are determined by the order's value and destination. Free standard shipping is available for orders totaling $120 or more, excluding shipping fees and applicable taxes.

Shipping Carriers:

We primarily utilize UPS and FedEx for shipping. Your order will be processed in our facilities before being handed over to the chosen shipping provider.

Tracking Information:

You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order to monitor its progress. If you haven't received tracking details within two business days, please contact us at customersupport@merchshop-retailgoods.com

Undeliverable Packages:

Should a package be undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs to reship the package will be the customer's responsibility. We regret that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Some variations displayed on our website may not be available in-store; please contact us for in-store availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
